TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Project Confirmation: The project is confirmed only upon signing the agreement and paying the 50% advance.
2. Advance Payment: A 50% advance of the total project cost is mandatory.
3. Final Payment: Remaining 50% must be paid immediately after website completion and before launch.
4. Handover: Delivery will occur on the date mentioned in the agreement.
5. Delay Charges: A holding charge of ₹200/day applies for unexplained handover or payment delays.
6. Cancellation: Once the agreement is signed, the project cannot be cancelled. The 50% advance is non-refundable.
7. Client Responsibilities: Logo, images, and text must be provided by the client in a timely manner.
8. Delivery Extensions: Delays in content or approval by the client will extend the delivery date.
9. Revisions: Only revisions mentioned in the agreement are free. Extra features incur additional charges.
10. Additional Work: Modifications beyond the original scope are chargeable.
11. Ownership: Source files and login credentials are provided only after 100% payment.
12. Domain & Hosting: Costs for domain/hosting are the client's responsibility unless included in the package.
13. Communication: Approval via WhatsApp, Email, or signed document is considered final.
14. Acceptance: By signing, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. No personal info will be shared with third parties without consent.
2. Clients are responsible for keeping their Login ID/Password secure.
3. KIYARO is not responsible for data loss due to server failure, cyber-attacks, or viruses.
4. Backups are the client's responsibility unless part of the agreement.
5. Clients are the legal owners of the content uploaded; KIYARO holds no liability for copyright violations.
6. KIYAROis not liable for downtime of third-party plugins or payment gateways.
7. Security is prioritized, but 100% security cannot be guaranteed over the internet.
8. Unauthorized changes by the client that damage the site will be fixed at an additional cost.
9. Maintenance is provided strictly per the agreement.
